PT Engineering, under an on-call contract to the NCDOT Congestion Management Section, is providing NCDOT with review services of TransModeler simulation projects for projects being developed for State Transportation Improvement Projects (STIP). Reviews for a total of 2 STIP projects have been completed under this contract, to date.
