PT Engineering (as a subconsultant to Kimley-Horn & associates) provided technical oversight services for a study utilizing TransModeler to model a proposed flyover from Concord Mills Boulevard to King-s Grant Pavilion at the Concord Mills Mall in Cabarrus County. PT Engineering provided both quality control and consistency reviews for the project and developed the approach for utilizing Dynamic Traffic Assignment to distribute trips to the multiple entrances to the Mall.
